How are cleaning prices calculated?
We start with the service type, then consider square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, clutter, pet hair, parking or access, and any add-ons. Photos make the quote more accurate.
Why might a standard clean be changed to a deep clean?
A standard clean is maintenance. If the home has heavy buildup, grease, dust, clutter, or has not been cleaned professionally in a long time, the labor no longer fits a maintenance scope.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
JHD can bring standard supplies and equipment. Tell us about natural stone, specialty finishes, allergies, fragrance sensitivity, or product preferences before the appointment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. We can follow agreed access and lock-up instructions. Confirm pets, alarms, gates, parking, keys, and any areas that should remain closed.
Can I book only a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, limited-scope work may be possible. Minimum pricing still applies because travel, setup, equipment, and scheduling time remain part of the job.
What happens if something was missed?
Contact JHD within 24 hours with a clear photo and description of the agreed-on area. We will review the scope and arrange a correction when appropriate.
Do you guarantee move-out deposits?
No. Deposits can be affected by damage, paint, lease terms, repairs, wear, or landlord decisions that cleaning cannot control.
Do you wash Airbnb linens?
Laundry can be included when there is on-site equipment and enough turnover time. Off-site laundry or unusually large linen loads require a separate quote.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning immediately?
Yes, but the first visit may need to be a deep clean. Recurring pricing works best once the home reaches a maintainable baseline.
