2. Website Use
This website is provided for general information, quote requests, and customer communication. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with site security, copy site content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Booking
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing can depend on property size, condition, service type, number of rooms, bathrooms, add-ons, frequency, access, parking, travel, and other job-specific factors.
A quote is not final until confirmed by JHD Cleaning Services. We may adjust a quote if the property condition, scope, or requested work is different from what was originally described.
4. Cleaning Scope
Service descriptions are general summaries. Exact cleaning tasks may vary by service type, property condition, customer instructions, safety, time, accessibility, and the confirmed estimate. Add-on services must be requested and confirmed before or during booking.
5. Access to Property
The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, including gates, lockboxes, parking instructions, building entry, pets, alarm codes, and any special access requirements. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee may apply.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Past-Due Balances
Payment terms will be provided at booking or invoice. Payment may be required before, at, or after service depending on the job. JHD Cleaning Services may require a deposit for larger jobs, first-time cleanings, move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, or commercial work.
Past-due balances may result in paused service, late fees where permitted, collection activity, or refusal of future bookings.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. JHD Cleaning Services may charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, lockouts, no-shows, or jobs where the team is already in route.
8. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Requests
If there is a concern with the cleaning, contact us as soon as possible with photos and details. We may offer a reasonable re-clean for missed areas when reported promptly. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.
9. Client Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing excessive clutter so areas can be cleaned properly.
- Securing valuables, fragile items, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, confidential documents, and irreplaceable items before service.
- Informing us about delicate surfaces, damaged items, unsafe conditions, pets, alarms, restricted rooms, or special instructions.
- Providing running water, electricity, safe working conditions, and access to required areas.
10. Service Limitations
We may refuse or stop work involving unsafe conditions, biohazards, human or animal waste, mold, pests, hoarding conditions, active construction hazards, illegal substances, dangerous materials, unsecured aggressive pets, or any situation that creates unreasonable risk.
We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy buildup, hard water damage, rust, mold staining, pre-existing damage, odors, or conditions requiring specialty restoration.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JHD Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a service-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Photos, Reviews, and Marketing
We may request permission to use before-and-after photos, testimonials, or reviews for marketing. We will not intentionally publish private personal information, addresses, or identifying details without permission.
13. Third-Party Links and Tools
The website may include links or tools from third parties, such as maps, forms, scheduling, payments, analytics, advertising, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or tools.
